TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL

The Training & Placement Cell of institute is actively involved in industrial training, project work and placement of students. The objective of T&P cell is to bridging the gap between pharma industry and academic institute for better development of pharma students and makes them employable. The core function of cell is to make contacts with HR departments of multinational pharmaceutical companies and resumes forwarded for suitable job position.

Cell regularly arrange Group discussion, Pre campus placement training and aptitude test for pharmacy student to have better prospect and career growth. it also organizes the visit to pharmaceutical industries for up gradation of current scenario in the technology of pharma sector.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CELL

Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.
To equip the students through continuous training sessions.
To counsel the students to improve their career.
To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.
To approach multinational companies for arranging the campus recruitment.
To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
To promote career counseling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, and Corporate Meets etc.

TPO Cell Overview

Organizing MNC’s On/Off-campus as well as Virtual selection activities

Coordinating for placement related activities, arrangement for campus placements, public relations, soft skills training, Conducting Aptitude test, and GD to students.
Public Relation, Searching Prospect Students, Admission Counseling, Seminar, Managing Education & Career Fair, Motivation and Helps every student define his/her career interest through individual expert counseling
Arranging the On Job Training, Summer Training & Final Placement of students studying in various courses with us.
Develop a Placement Preparation Module which provides guidance / preparation to the students for campus placement.
Maintaining a constant interaction with top industry managers (both Functional / HR) across the leading companies of Corporate India.
Driving tie-ups with top notch companies for manpower requirement / training / research / consulting requirements.
Organizing national level symposiums / conferences for top managers for the purpose of brand building / knowledge management.
Reviewing the performance of students working in the Corporate Sector in various capacities (Final Placement, Summer Training, Projects etc.) by taking feedback from companies.
Coordinating and managing the entire placement process for every company which recruits from the Campus with the support of a student placement team.
MDPs/FDPs – Organizing of workshops/seminars at regular intervals for training of mangers / faculty members of various organizations.
Inviting HR Person to address students on self-enhancement, confidence building, Career awareness program, etc.
